Huntersville
With great neighborhoods, countless amenities and its friendly small town atmosphere, Huntersville also provides access to the haven of Lake Norman. Huntersville is also just 10 minutes from Charlotte and only hours from mountain and beach resorts.
Huntersville is one of the fastest growing Lake Norman communities. Annual events such as Hello! Huntersville, a Christmas and Spring Festival encourage a sense of community among townspeople. In the midst of this charming small town exist countless business opportunities. In the 650-acre Huntersville Business Park, you can find a broad array of businesses from offices to distribution centers.

Cornelius
Cornelius offers a delightful blend of old and new. You can choose to live in an older, established neighborhood, or if you prefer, there are plenty of new homes to choose from to suit your individual taste. You can shop in lovely-renovated downtown shops or visit one of the sparkling new shopping centers. Cornelius was once a textile town that has embraced Lake Norman, which has spurred a high standard of living with a reputation for southern hospitality.
Davidson
Davidson, North Carolina is a special place for those who live, work and visit here. Small, quaint & friendly, it’s a great place to raise a family or to just retire and relax. In the heart of a growing and influential metropolitan region, Davidson has maintained it’s small-town character but is near lakefront recreation and large-city amenities.
Davidson College, the town's principal employer, continues to have a strong influence in the community. It is recognized as one of the leading four-year liberal arts institutions in the country.
Mooresville
Mooresville, NC is a rapidly growing town known as “Race City, USA” because it is home to so many of NASCAR’s professional teams. Situated on the north-eastern side of Lake Norman, Mooresville offers a mix of many new residential subdivisions as well as older, established, charming neighborhoods, and lots of recreation. You can walk along Main Street to visit many older, family run business, or you can visit numerous brand new chain stores just off I-77. If you want to be on the water, but don’t have a boat, you can take a tour on the Catawba Queen, an old style paddle-boat that offers tours of Lake Norman.
Whether you want a more active lifestyle, or just want to retire and relax, visiting Mooresville may make you not want to leave. And you may not have to – the growing economy can offer you employment, and many of the living areas offer a serene, peaceful setting.
Lake Norman
Lake Norman is a man made lake about 15 minutes north of Charlotte that offers a beautiful place to live, fun in the sun, lots of recreation and more.
The lake is bordered by four counties, has over 500 miles of shoreline, and is governed by Duke Energy, the dominant power supplier in our area.
On any given day, you can see lots of boaters, jet-skiers, swimmers and fishermen on the lake. On the northern end of the lake, there is Duke Power State Park, a public park with water access and wildlife.
When visiting the Charlotte area, be sure not to miss exploring the lake. You will not be disappointed. Lake Norman is a key reason why so many people choose to live here!
